3D is the fourth album by American girl-group TLC, released by Arista Records on November 12, 2002 (see 2002 in music), seven months after the death of rapperLisa "Left Eye" Lopes.3D debuted at #6 on both the The Billboard 200 and the Billboard Top Internet Albums, and at #4 on the Billboard Top R&B Albums
The album earned TLC two Grammy Award nominations in 2004 for Best R&B Album, and Best R&B Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group for "Hands Up", taking the group's total Grammy nominations count to 14, 4 of which they've previously won.
