Aliya Garayeva (Cyrillic: Алия Гараева) (born 1 January 1988 in Yekaterinburg, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is an Azerbaijani gymnast. She became a two-time Azerbaijan champion in 2006 for her separate performances. She is a bronze medalist of Grand Prix Moscow-2007 in all round competition and two separate performances, Aliya won the 6th place in all round competition at the European Championships held in Moscow in 2006, she won the first place for her performance with the ribbon and became the bronze medalist of all round competition between Russian and Azerbaijan gymnastics teams. Aliya became the third at the international tournaments held in Russia, Greece and Italy. In 2006 she won the 4th place at a club world championship held in Japan. In February 2007, Aliya Garayeva’s team won a stage of the Italian club championship.

Her mother, Vasilina Akhatovna Garaeva, an ethnic Tatar, is a rhythmic gymnastic coach.
