is an attorney living and working in Washington, D.C. Since April, 2009, Andy has been a Managing Director of the National Crime Prevention Council, home of McGruff the Crime Dog. In that capacity he handles a wide range of legal issues, supervises the management of federal grant programs as well as the government relations, communications, corporate development and community outreach functions.
In 1995, Andy was nominated by the President and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to serve as Assistant Attorney General
for the Office of Legislative Affairs
