Animax Eastern Europe is Japaneseanimetelevision networkAnimax's networks in Eastern Europe, including Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and soon in Poland. It replaced the A+ network in these countries except Poland on April 11, 2007. In 2008 Animax Eastern Europe is reported to launched the channel in Poland and will distributed in the country by HBOPoland (Co-owned by Sony Pictures Entertainment) and run by Animax Eastern Europe but due to delay in deal with the local cable providers and DTH providers, the launch of the channel is delayed to 2nd half of 2009.
