Attoor Ravi Varma (b.27 December 1930) is one of the pioneers of modern Malayalam poetry who has won the Kendra Sahitya Academy Award for his contributions to literary world. He hails from a small village called Attoor, in the Thrissur District of Kerala, India. Currently he lives in Thrissur with his family.
