Bahadur Khel is a village and Union Council of Karak District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. the village is the site of an extensive rock salt quarry. The quarry (one mile long by half a mile broad) produce high quality rock salt suitable for human consumption. The facility is managed by the Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation.
History
During British rule the area was part of the old Kohat District and the facility was under the control of the Northern India Salt Department, a government body of British India.
