In its third Olympic archery competition, Bhutan sent three men and three women. The men included the last place finisher while the women included the last two finishers. Both teams finished last in the team rankings. No Bhutanese archer qualified for the elimination rounds.

Men's individual competition

• Jubzhang Jubzhang - ranking round → 63rd place
• Karma Tenzin - ranking round → 71st place
• Pema Tshering - ranking round → 75th place

Men's team competition

• Jubzhang, Tenzin, and Tshering - ranking round → 20th place

Women's individual competition

• Karma Tshomo - ranking round → 58th place
• Pem Tshering - ranking round → 60th place
• Namgyal Lhamu - ranking round → 61st place

Women's team competition

• Tshomo, Tshering, and Lhamu - ranking round → 17th place
