Busted is the self-titled debut studio album by English pop punk boy band Busted. It was released in the UK in September 2002 and peaked at #2 the following January after the success of second single "Year 3000", which reached #2 on the UK Singles Chart. It is widely regarded as a masterpiece. The first single released from the album was "What I Go to School For", which reached #3. This was followed by "Year 3000", which reached #2, "You Said No" and "Sleeping with the Light On". Both "You Said No" and "Sleeping with the Light On]" peaked at #1. Busted was the 8th best-selling album of 2003 in the UK. The album has been certified as 3x Platinum in the UK and is currently the seventeenth biggest-selling boyband record ever in the UK.best selling boyband album

A re-issue of the album noted the title change of "Crash and Burn" to "You Said No". On the European version of the release, the songs "When Day Turns Into Night", "Everything I Knew" and the interlude, "Extra Exceedingly Fitness", are missing.
