Capital University Law School

Capital University Law School is an ABA-accredited private law school located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The law school is affiliated with Capital University, the oldest and largest independent college in Central Ohio. The school is perhaps best known for public law, as many recent alumni have gone on to prominent political positions.

Located in the heart of Columbus, Capital University Law School is situated near the Ohio Statehouse, as well as numerous government, legal, cultural, and educational institutions. This provides the law school's students with direct access to a variety of diverse internships, externships, and other real-world legal educational opportunities.

In 2008, the school's graduates boasted the highest pass rate of Ohio's nine law schools for first time takers of the State Bar Exam.
