Chagrin Falls Township is a township located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, United States. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 135. on an area of 0.52 sq mi, resulting in a population density of 261.7 persons/mile² (101.0 persons/km²). It is one of only two civil townships remaining in Cuyahoga County and the only Chagrin Falls Township statewide.

Government
The township is governed by a three-member board of trustees, who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1.
