Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (), headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States, producing, marketing, and distributing nonalcoholic beverages—primarily licensed products of the Coca-Cola Company -- in North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia, and portions of Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Florida.

Financials

While the Coca-Cola Company owns approximately 27.2% of the company's stock, the Harrison family beneficially owns shares representing about 91.8% of total shareholder voting power.
