Damian Dame was an R&B duo consisting of Debra Jean "Deah Dame" Hurd (September 20, 1958 - June 27, 1994) and Bruce Edward "Damian" Broadus (September 13, 1966 - June 27, 1996).

In 1991, Damian Dame became the first act signed to LaFace Records. The duo released their self-titled debut on May 14, 1991, and it spun off three urban radio hits, "Exclusivity," "Right Down To It," and "Gotta Learn My Rhythm."

"Right Down To It" was a classic LA & Babyface production.

The artists were set to be one of LA & Babyface's top acts, however Hurd was killed in a moped accident in Atlanta, GA on June 27, 1994 just before the group was set to record a second album. Broadus died of colon cancer on June 27, 1996 exactly two years after his partner's passing.

Damian had a child with Carol Morrow named Sky who was featured on the MTV show "My Super Sweet Sixteen".
