Danielle Spencer (born on 16 May 1969) is a former actress and currently works as a singer-songwriter.

Personal life

Her father is the Australian television presenter Don Spencer. She took piano lessons from the age of 4 and during her teens began acting.

Spencer is married to New Zealand-born Australian actor Russell Crowe whom she met on the set of The Crossing in 1990. They married on Crowe's 39th Birthday (7 April) in 2003 and have two sons, Charles Spencer Crowe, born 21 December 2003 and Tennyson Spencer Crowe (named after the famous English poet Alfred Lord Tennyson), born 7 July 2006.

Crowe directed video clips for her singles "Tickle Me" and "Wish I'd Been Here"
