Emmanuel College, University of Queensland is a residential college of the University of Queensland in St Lucia, Queensland, Australia. It was the first residential college established at the University of Queensland and the ninth college nationally. Emmanuel College is the third largest of the UQ colleges with a capacity of 340 students (Gatton Halls of Residence, University of Queensland is 100 places bigger with a capacity of 440 and Union College is only just larger with a capacity of 341). Students living at Emmanuel College study for a wide range of degrees and are encouraged to excel academically through the college's extensive tutorial program. As well as academia, students at Emmanuel participate in a wide range of men's and women's sports and compete against the other UQ Colleges for the annual Inter-College Cup (ICC).


Emmanuel College was founded in September 1911. It was the first of the Brisbane UQ residential colleges originally based on Wickham Terrace in the City. The College admitted men only until 1975, when it became co-ed.


Emmanuel College currently has eleven "wings" named after people who were influential in the development of the college. The wings include Busch, Drewe, Douglas, Edmonds, Gibson, Glaister, Henderson, Martin, Meiklejohn, Merrington, and McGregor. With the exception of Busch, which is all female, the wings are mixed.
