Eric Owen Simons (b. 9 March 1962 in Cape Town, South Africa) is a former South African cricketer. He was an all-rounder, and he played 23 One Day Internationals but no Tests for South Africa in the 1990s. He later became coach of the national side for two years but he was replaced in 2004 by Ray Jennings.
He is currently the Indian Cricket Team's Bowling Consultant from January 10, 2010. And is named as the interim coach for the June/July 2011 tour of West Indies by the BCCI.
