Ferrari World

Ferrari World is a Ferrari themed amusement park on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The theme park is home to Formula Rossa the world's fastest roller coaster.

History

In late 2005, it was reported that Ferrari and Aldar Properties signed an agreement to build the world's first Ferrari theme park in Abu Dhabi. At the time it was expected that the park was to open in 2008, This opening was delayed by a week due to the passing of Ras al-Khaimah's leader the day prior.
