Franck Madou (born 15 September 1987 in Marcory) is a Côte d'Ivoire-French football player, who plays for Zorya Luhansk in the Ukrainian Premier League

Early life

Modou who was born in Marcory, Abidjan


He began his career 1991 with AS Evry and joined than to C.S. Brétigny in summer 2002. Modou left than with sixteen years C.S. Brétigny and signed a contract with FC Martigues in 2003. He was the goalgetter in the youth from FC Martigues and was scouted from FC Toulouse in 2005. Here was called in the reserve team and played his first profi league matches in the Championnat de France amateur. In January 2006 left than FC Toulouse and signed his first profi contract for BSC Young Boys. Modou played only ten games, who scores on goal and left than BSC Young Boys on loan to Grasshopper-Club Zürich in February 2008. After spending three months on loan at Grasshopper-Club Zürich from BSC Young Boys moves in summer 2008 to FC Biel-Bienne. Finally he signed for Cypriot side APOP Kinyras.

Personal life

Madou holds also the French passport.
