Gaddam Venkat Swamy (born 5 October 1929) was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha of India. He represented the Peddapalli constituency of Andhra Pradesh and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He is popularly known as Kaka.

He is in the forefront in the struggle for creation of separate state of Telangana.. Both his sons Gaddam Vinod and Gaddam Vivekananda are into active state politics.
