GM Powertrain Europe is an engine and transmission manufacturing company founded in 2005.

The company is headquartered in Turin, Italy, and is the European unit of GM Powertrain.

During the alliance between Fiat and GM, it was part of Fiat-GM Powertrain. Earlier it was known as Opel Powertrain.

In South America, Fiat-GM Powertrain still lives. The only product made by the company nowadays is the 1.8L Family I engine to be fitted in the Brazilian Chevrolet Corsa-C, Chevrolet Meriva, Fiat Palio and Siena, Fiat Idea, Fiat Stilo, Fiat Doblo and Fiat Grande Punto.
