Description:
The Gold Coast Institute of TAFE (GCIT) is a vocational college in the Gold Coast region of Queensland, Australia, with two campuses each in Southport and Coomera, and one each in Benowa and Coolangatta. It is a government-owned Technical and Further Education institute catering to the domestic and international markets with a wide range of academic programs at the Certificate and Diploma levels. It has about enrolments of over 16,000 students annually.
Most universities have articulation arrangements with Gold Coast Institute of TAFE in the recognition of TAFE qualifications to provide credit and exemptions towards Bachelor degree programs.
