Sir Graeme Davies, FREng, FRSNZ, FRSE is a New Zealand engineer, academic and administrator. He is a former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Liverpool and the University of Glasgow and recently retired as Vice-Chancellor of the University of London in the United Kingdom.

Davies graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering and a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science from the University of Auckland and received both an Master of Arts and Doctor of Science from St Catharine's College, Cambridge. As a scholar, Professor Davies has taught metallurgy at University of Auckland, University of Cambridge and University of Sheffield and has served as Chief Executive of the Universities Funding Council (UFC) and the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). He is also a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh in Britain and an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand.
