Hawak Kamay

"Hawak Kamay" (English: Hold Hands) is a song composed and sung by Yeng Constantino, the winner of ABS-CBN TV program Pinoy Dream Academy. It is about a cousin whom she has developed a deep friendship with. This won as the Best Theme Song in 32nd Metro Manila Film Festival.

• 1st Version - The 1st version was used in the Pinoy Dream Academy days. This version is in the Pinoy Dream Academy Originals Vol. 1.
• 2nd Version - The 2nd version was used as the themesong in the movie Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo
• 3rd Version - The 3rd version was made for the debut album of Yeng Constantino
