"He Said She Said" is a song recorded by American recording artist Ashley Tisdale. The song was written by Johnathan "J. R." Rotem, Evan "Kidd" Bogart, and Ryan Tedder, and produced by Rotem for Tisdale's debut studio album Headstrong.

The song was released as the album's second single in the United States and the United Kingdom on September 17, 2007, being released in other countries in the following months. The song received multiple reviews from critics. The music video is also included on Tisdale's There's Something About Ashley DVD. The single was certified gold by the RIAA for sales of 500,000 copies and it became the album's final single in the United States.

The song is featured in the film In It to Win It. It was released to U.S. radios in February 2007 before "Be Good to Me" was released, since song was originally going to be the first single. The song also features background vocals by √Član Luz Rivera. The song was ranked number 81 in About.com's Top 100 Pop Songs of 2007 list and #99 in Z100's top 100 songs of 2007 list.
