Hen Activities To Do On A Hen Weekend
Kelly suddenly had a lot of coordinating to do for her Wedding, there was so much to put together. Kelly asked me to take charge of the Hen weekend and find lots of fun hen activities for us to do. I had been on a few Hen Weekends myself but this was the first one I had arranged. I began by coordinating a Hen Commitee so we could talk about all the different Hen Activities to choose from. I got a few of our closes friends together for drinks one night and asked them all what they would like to do. It turned out that everyone had very different ideas about what to do. This was not going to be as straight forward as I had hoped and keeping everyone happy for the whole weekend was going to be challenge. We all agreed that the best way to keep everyone happy was to make it all about the Bride, if she was happy then so were we. Everyone else's needs would certainly be taken into account but they would take a second place when decisions were made. This turned out to be the best decision I made and I recommend this approach if you are ever called on to organise a Hen Weekend yourself.

So in end what did we all decide on? We all live in the South East and she didn't want to travel so we decided to stay local and arrange the weekend around London. There are so many things and ideas out there it was difficult to know where to start. We all agreed that Saturday should be spent spoiling oursleves at a Spa during the day and then we would head out on the town and make it a night to remember. The day at the spar was a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and bond before the night out. We spent the day competely spoiling oursleves, sipping champagne and chatting while having our every wish attended to by great staff.. We left the spa and headed to our hotel in London, we hired Limousines for whole evening which really wasn't all that expensive.. Having Limousines with us all night made things feel really special as they wisked us from one venue to the next. On Sunday morning some of us were suffering from too much to drink but what we had in store would soon blow out all the cobwebs. We hired a music studio which wasn't that expensive in central London for 3 hours and went along to do something completely original. It was brilliant, we got to be that girl band we had always wanted to be and will help of the team at the studio we had a ball! The weekend was a reall success so when Emma's turn came later in the year it was time to have another go. To our surprise Emma insisted we do exactly the same thing again. So we all got dressed up and did it all again, it was even better second time around. Both weekends were different but equally good, we will all remember them forever.
