This post helps guide you to write down great post titles. Looking for more visitors on your travel blog? One secret is writing post titles that have keywords knowning that simultaneously are eye popping. Here's how:

1)Sensationalise!

Today it is easy to go unnoticed. I worked hard over a post about Cordoba province in Argentina. Alas, this article, that I worked so hard on, never got lots of views over several months. So, I made the decision the time had come some thing.

EXAMPLE 1 - Original Title.

Of brunettes, fernet con coca and UFOs...

I believed it was clever, it sounded quite poetic and literary.

Improved title:

The best way to view a UFO in Cordoba, Argentina.

That gets your attention! It´s a cheeky post title, since i don´t tell you really how to see UFOs but where you can discover them (if you believe in them needless to say!). A post title that begins, ´How to...´ is a proven marketing technique that actually works! Suddenly this text became one of my most wanted posts, quadrupling the volume of views in only every week.

EXAMPLE 2.

ITBC youth rally, 2008, Holland.

The 'ITCB' for instance can be an organisation that only people who collect travel memorobilia will probably find out about. So attempting to sensationalise the post title as much as possible it became this:

Bizarre travel collections: Shrunken heads from Peru.

And again it became certainly one of my most popular posts. The second post title lets you know a lot more regarding the content and it really piques a person's curiousity.

2)Keywords!

EXAMPLE 1.

The original titles contains no keywords (words that men and women are going to use within the search engines to get your post), so not many everyone is likely to understand the post. However, The way to view a UFO in Cordoba, Argentina has the keywords HOW TO, SEE, UFO and ARGENTINA, words that men and women are extremely planning to seek out online, if for example they would like to learn facts about where to see UFOs in Argentina.

EXAMPLE 2.

ITBC youth rally, 2008, Holland is an extremely technical title that is going to confuse and put lots of people off having a look at the post. Bizarre travel collections: Shrunken heads from Peru offers the keywords SHRUNKEN, HEAD, PERU and COLLECTION, everything that men and women are likely to look for in Google.
