In My Bed (Amy Winehouse song)

"In My Bed" is the third single from English singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse's debut album, Frank (2003). The single was released on 5 April 2004 as a double A-side with "You Sent Me Flying", and reached number sixty on the UK Singles Chart.

"In My Bed" uses the same beat as rapper Nas's 2003 hit single "Made You Look", which in turn contains a sample of the Incredible Bongo Band's 1973 cover of "Apache". Both songs were written and produced by Salaam Remi.

Music video

A music video was produced to promote the single.The video begins with Winehouse in a hotel saying goodnight to a man, presumably her boyfriend, leaving him to his room. Upon their parting Winehouse begins the song as she walks through the hotel. She is then featured in the hotel ballroom for a short segment performing the chorus of the song on stage. Winehouse then ascends a staricase to her own room with a guitar case in her hand. Upon entering her room she takes a seat on her bed and waits as an unidentified man enters the room and they embrace. The video ends with Winehouse putting a hand over the camera as she prepares to commit infidelity.The video is avalible on YouTube.
