Description:
The International Review of the Red Cross () is an academic quarterly periodic academic journal published by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) which, according to its publisher, "aims to promote debate, reflection and critical analysis on international humanitarian law, humanitarian action and policy during international armed conflict and other situations of violence". The editor in chief is Toni Pfanner (ICRC).

The journal, which has been continuously published since 1869, has since 2006 (vol 88, Number 861) been outsourced for publishing to Cambridge University Press. Its main edition is published in English and yearly selections of articles are available in Arabic, Chinese, Persian, French, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish.
