Isabella of Lusignan (1234 – 14 January 1300) was a daughter of Hugh X of Lusignan and his wife Isabella of Angoulême, Dowager Queen of England. Isabella was half-sister to Henry III of England. She was Dame de Beauvoir-sur Mer et de Mercillac. She was married twice but had children only with her first husband.

Isabella's year of birth is suggested to have been 1234; however, her place of birth is disputed. She was a younger child of Hugh X de Lusignan, "le Brun", Seigneur de Lusignan, Count of La Marche and Isabella of Angoulême, widowed Queen-Consort of King John of England. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh IX of Lusignan, Count of La Marche, and Mathilde Taillefer of Angoulême, and her maternal grandparents were Aymer Taillefer, Count of Angoulême and Alice of Courtenay. She had five full brothers and three full sisters, besides her royal half-siblings from her mother's first marriage.
