Jerod Swallow

Jerod Swallow is an American figure skater. He competed in ice dance with his wife Elizabeth Punsalan. The pair won the gold medal at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships five times and competed in the Winter Olympic Games twice.

Punsalan and Swallow were initially coached by Sandy Hess in Colorado Springs. In 1992, they began working with Igor Shpilband for choreography in Detroit. By the 1993-1994 season, he had become their head coach.

Swallow is managing director at the Detroit Skating Club.
