Jorge Luis Pinto Afanador (born December 16, 1952 in San Gil, Santander) is a Colombian football coach, was working as the manager of the Colombia national football team.

After an unsuccessful attempt at Coaching Costa Rica, Pinto returned to Colombia to coach a recently promoted team Corporación Nuevo Cúcuta Deportivo which he led to win their 1st championship in their history. Shortly after ward he was named the new Colombia national football team coach. His job is currently being highly criticized by the general public after very bad showings versus Uruguay and Chile in 2010 World Cup Qualifying matches as well as in the 2007 Copa America 2007. Jorge Luis Pinto had taken to the Colombia national football team to one of the best starts in Fifa World Cup Qualifying in Colombian history, obtaining 10 points out of a possible 16 points, sitting at 3rd place. Due to the recent lacklustre performances, they are now in 6th place. He is of the opinion that homosexuals should not play football calling football a "Man's sport". He recently signed on to manage Ecuadorian club El Nacional
