Geography

Kamareddy is located at .. It is 110&nbsp;km from the state capital of Hyderabad and 55&nbsp;km from district headquarters, Nizamabad. However, Kamareddy comes under the Zahirabad parliamentary constituency.The population was 64,496 as of the 2001 census.
