The Karuna Institute is a non-profit organisation that runs training courses in core process psychotherapy and craniosacral therapy in Widecombe-in-the-Moor, Devon, England. It was founded by Maura Sills and Franklyn Sills. The name "Karuna" comes from the Sanskrit word translated as "compassion".

The institute offers training and professional qualifications in psychotherapy, accredited by the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (one of two independent national accreditation bodies recognised for psychotherapists used by the UK National Health Service), and masters degrees accredited by Middlesex University.

The Core Process Psychotherapy training work has also spread internationally to Ireland with foundation courses being run in those countries.

Completion of a course in craniosacral biodynamics from the Karuna Institute is recognised by the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK, and leads to a professional qualification in craniosacral therapy. The Institute also offers advanced postgraduate courses for craniosacral therapists with a biodynamic background.
