Kasey Smith (born November 25, 1960 in Flushing, Queens, NY) is a keyboardist best known for his work with the bands Get With It and Danger Danger.

Kasey Smith grew up in Flushing, Queens, in New York City. In his childhood, he befriended Michael Bellusci. The two shared an interest in music, as Smith played keyboards, while Bellusci played drums.

Smith and Bellusci played in a cover band for a few years, from 1976 to 1980. In 1980, Smith and Bellusci formed the Jazz/Rock/Fusion group Get With It. They had minor success in 1981, but unfortunately the band never received a record deal, despite their following in the New York area. By the end of 1986, Get With It disbanded.

In 1987, Smith joined up with a newly-formed band named Danger Danger. Smith would release two studio albums, one live EP, and demos with the band, before leaving in 1992, after touring for the album Screw It!. In 1998, Smith would help his old band work on the album, Four the Hard Way.

Smith and Bellusci had always remained friends, but after leaving Danger Danger, Smith and Bellusci reconnected musically. And in 2006, Smith and Bellusci formed Shock and reworked their old material, while in Get With It, and recording new material.

Aside from making music, Smith also runs a recording studio in Queens.
