Kaveripattinam is a
panchayat town in
Krishnagiri district in the
Indian state of
Tamil Nadu. It is approximately 100 km from
Bangalore. The town is very green because of the KRP Dam nearby. Kaveripattinam is famous for its cultivation of
mangoes. There are lot of mango pulp industries, milk processing units and small scale industries.

Festivals like Maha Shivaraathiri, Pongal are very famous in this area.
The people are highly cultured and polite with everyone.Kaveripattinam owns the districts biggest Boys Higher Secondary School.There are about 15 match industries in this town.
Now in this small town there are about 20 jewellery shops. most of them are new jewellery shops.
