Walker began his career in 1987 working on Future Shocks in 2000 AD, and followed this up with work on some of the anthology comic’s most popular long-running stories, including Judge Dredd, Rogue Trooper (inking Steve Dillon’s pencils), the ABC Warriors and Judge Anderson. During this period Walker also wrote a number of stories including Daemonifuge and The Inspectre, often with co-author Jim Campbell.
