The club being franchised in 2005 has a board that is made up of the sponsor (LBC) plus minor sponsors, supported by the coaching and the technical staff that manages and runs the club. LBC Bombers being known for their aggression in defense and speed out wide have produced some of the big names in PNGRFL representing KUMULS (National team) and also playing overseas.Because the club wants to maintain a higher level of standard, players are recruited all over PNG giving the team a mixed blend of players from the highlands to the islands.
