Line C of the Buenos Aires Metro that runs from Retiro to Constitución terminus, opened on 9 November 1934, and it has a length of 4.3 km.

Highlights

• Line C is one of two North-South lines in the subte system. It connects the two main train stations in the city centre area, and is often used by commuters who have used trains or other subte lines and need to cover the last few blocks to their work.
• Moreno station is located close to the Ministry of Communications tower.
• Lavalle station provides access to the two pedestrian streets: Lavalle and Florida.
