Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (Assamese: <span style='font-size:12.0pt'>লোকপ্ৰিয় গোপীনাথ বৰদলৈ আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় বিমানবন্দৰ</span>) , also known as Guwāhāti International Airport and formerly as Borjhar Airport, is the airport of Guwahati, Assam, India. The airport is managed by Airports Authority of India and also serves as Indian Air Force base. It is named after Gopinath Bordoloi who was a freedom fighter and also the first CM of Assam after independence.
