Description:
Macha is a meteorite crater in the Far Eastern Federal District of Russia. The crater, measuring 300 metres in diameter, is the largest of a field of 5 craters with diameters ranging from 60 to 300 m. They may have been the result of iron meteorites, with an estimated age of impact less than 8000 years ago (Holocene).
