<!-- See WikiProject Indian cities for details -->Manjeshwar() (also known as Manjeshwara, Manjeshwar or Bangra Manjeshwara) is the northern tip of Kerala, bordering Karnataka. It is a small coastal village in Kasaragod district in the Indianstate of Kerala. It is 21 km from Mangalore ( Kudla in Tulu ) town. Srimad Anantheshwara Temple is situated in Manjeshwar.Manjeshwar is also called 'Pancha Bhasha bhumi' means land of five languages namely Malayalam, Kannada,Tulu, Urdu and Konkani. In 2007, the Government set up a Tulu academy.

The monsoon rains during the months of June to September. The spring season occurs during the month of November to January. The summer or dry season falls between the month of February to May.
