Mannar massacre can refer to number of incidents of massacres of civilians in the Mannar district of Sri Lanka since the 16 the century ACE.

• Mannar massacre of Catholics is a historic massacre of 600 Catholic converts by King Cankili I of the Jaffna Kingdom in the 16century ACE.
• 1984 Mannar massacre is the massacre of approximately 107-150 minority Sri Lankan Tamils by the Sri Lankan Army.
