Michael "Mike" Pagtakhan
is a city councillor in Winnipeg, Manitoba
. He was elected to the Point Douglas ward in 2002 and re-elected in 2006 and 2010. Prior to elected office, he was employed by Manitoba Hydro
First Term on City Council (2002-2006)
Mike Pagtakhan was first elected to City Council in October 2002 running in an "open" seat created by the retirement of Councillor John Prystanski.
In this election, Pagtakhan came first in a 7 person field capturing slightly over 28% of the votes cast. The official results were as follows :
