Mona Singh

Mona Singh (born October 8, 1980) is an Indian model and television actress. Well known for the leading role at Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin and winning many celebrity reality shows. She also appeared in a key role of 3 Idiots.

Personal life

Mona Singh (Jasmeet Kaur) is a Punjabi Sikh and lives in Lokhandwala, Mumbai and has an elder sister who lives in Australia. She dated Karan Oberoi for 12–16 months but they broke-up in 2009. She has been raised in Pune and Nagpur.

Career

She played the central role in the popular television serial, Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi. In 2006, she was the winner of the show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa on Sony Entertainment Television. She announced to make movies sometime in the future, Rediff.com. one of them with Bobby Pushkarna.

In March 2007, she signed an exclusive contract with Sony Entertainment Television to be brand ambassador for the channel for 13 months. In June 2006, she was expected to leave on a world tour with a number of other actors, to perform songs.<ref name="Untitled...
