This school is belong to Pune Cantonment Board. All the students in this school are from very poor families some of them are not even having shelters to stay. These children are from slums of Ghorpadi and surrounding area.Pune Cantt. is providing basic facilities for these children i.e. building, uniform, books,mid-day meals and good teaching staff.
