Nick Charles MBE (1945 - ), was the first person to be honoured by the Queen for 'Services to people with alcohol problems'. He is the author of books including autobiography, Through A Glass Brightly, published by Robson Books, and founder of Chaucer Clinic which was UK's largest alcohol project He is also the founder of the internet alcohol education and treatment online facility 'Nick and Nikki's place'.His current book project is, 'Another Hill To Climb' the biography of British singer Vince Hill.
