Description:
Olinville is a disused neighborhood name in the New York City borough of the Bronx. Designating the area around Olinville Avenue, it is today considered to be part of the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx which shares the 10467 ZIP code. The neighborhood is part of Bronx Community Board 12.

It is mostly situated west of White Plains Road between Allerton Avenue and Gun Hill Road. It is served by the 2 train and 5 train at the Allerton Avenue, Burke Avenue and Pelham Parkway stations. Also, the Metro-North Harlem Line is accessible at the Botanical Gardens Metro-North station. is located on Allerton and Barker Avenues.

Re-zoning

The New York City Department of City Planning has proposed zoning map changes for 36 blocks in the neighborhood of Olinville in Community District 12.
