Oviedo Marketplace

The Oviedo Marketplace is a single-story indoor shopping mall with movie theater located in Oviedo, Florida, a northeastern suburb of Orlando, Florida. The mall is owned by General Growth Properties based in Chicago, Illinois which also owns the nearby Altamonte Mall. Both malls are cross-managed by the same General Manager. Mall anchor department stores include Dillard's, Macy's, and Sears. Other notable anchors include Regal Cinemas Oviedo Stadium 22 and Chamberlin's health foods store. The mall primarily caters to residents of the Northeast Orlando, Oviedo/Winter Springs suburban area.

Previous anchors / major stores included Bed Bath & Beyond, FYE, Foot Locker, and RJ Gators.
