Pampore () or
Pampur is a town and a
notified area committee in
Pulwama district in the
Indian administered part of the
state of
Jammu and Kashmir.
Geography
Pampore is located at . It has an average elevation of 1,574
metres (5,164
feet). The town is situated on the eastern bank of Veth also known as Jehlum (in Urdu).
