Patrik Berger (; born 10 November 1973 in Prague) is a retired Czech footballer. He has played in Czech Republic, Germany, and England. He is best remembered for his time at Liverpool.

The success of the Czech Republic's national team in the Euro 1996 raised the profile of many players — including that of Berger, Pavel Nedvěd, and Karel Poborský — and convinced some of Europe's most prestigious clubs to purchase them. He retired on 6 January 2010 due to knee injuries.
