Production of Monoclonal Antibodies

Monoclonal antibody specifically binds to a single antigenic determinant and can distinguish even a single amino acid difference between the epitopes. Moreover, it can be developed against any molecule, including molecules that are weakly antigenic or constitute a small portion of a mixture.
